The incorporation of your company includes the following documents as part of the incorporation process:

As an exempted limited company, the agent prepares on your behalf a declaration which is notarised and filed as part of the incorporation process, stating the actual activity of the company is undertaken outside of the Cayman Islands. iii. Filing of directors, officers and shareholders. The agent also files with the Registry key information with respect to the directors, officers and shareholders of your company.
iv. Official registers are kept by the registered office for each of the directors, officers and shareholders. These are collectively referred to as the company’s registers and will form a part of the documents provided to you as part of the starting package.
